the benefits of being a teacher and around small children all day is that you get the hear the ingenious things they say!
for example:

ava "yeah he put me in mommy's tummy through her mouth."
conner "miss danielle i'm very concerned with fire safety."
isaac "i know! there must have been some dirt in it." explaining to me why the power went out briefly during class.
